The peculiarity of the unique development is that the specialists who carry out the development understand their own profession while preparing solutions for someone else’s profession. To overcome this situation, we created the special Six-step Design Procedure (SDP).
- We learn your profession and work methods to the required depth.
- We understand what is a problem for you and a task to be solved for us.
- We will develop solution proposals together with you.
- We prepare, test and install the developed solution.
- Based on the experience during use, we will expand, fine tune or redesign the system together with you if necessary.
- We will update the corrected system and provide Support as needed.
Everyone does something like that. What makes it different from others methods?
By using a special combination of the FMT technology és a CIP method, we design the system in such a way that it can be introduced continuously (per component) and can be modified and fine-tuned even after the introduction. After all, we know from experience that when implementing new ideas, the appetite comes while eating.
In practice, this means that the 6 steps are divided into 3 larger groups:
- In the 1-3th steps together with you, we carry out a thorough understanding of the task, analysis and development of the solution.
- In the 4th step, we carry out the development work of the developed solution.
- In the 5-6th steps we refine the system until everyone is satisfied.
We do all this because quality is the most important thing for us.
